look awesome (only referring to the background) but something that looks majorly wrong is the scan. Another scan choice would of made the wallpaper look better especially since the bg and the scan dont really match at all, ie; colors, theme, etc

Seems exactlly the same..only difference between mine and this one is this one is at a smaller dimension, some missing lines, and mine is at a larger resolution and shows the entire complete scan. But this is a beautiful replication of the scan^.^

It is an okay vector, though i do recommend you start taking my advice more oftenly.Especially from comments i leave you on your submissions.

As for the vector, many many jagged lines are visible, and i can tell that you used the blur tool to attempt to smoothen out some of the outlines, especially around the left eye in the bottom. I do recommend that when you decide to outline a vector, that you outline the ENTIRE image , since i doesnt look quite well when only half of it is vectored. You could use improvement on your outlines^.^
Keep trying. I think you should take this back and fix it up

The sky brushes look pretty, and so do the trees, though you could use some more work with your scenic walls, although i already know you dont read any of my tips but anyways^.^

Some shadowing could be done on the grass since the scan is sitting there in the grass. Seems a bit of out place cuz the scan doesnt quite match the scenery around her because for one the scan does look detailed, so it would make sense to make a more detailed background as well to fit it^.^

Though the texture look in the hair and black clothing of soi fong do look quite unique and un seen before, i do see that you need to take this back and fix the lines since they are largerly jagged, some more details are missing from the vector that should be on it since they were featured in the scan, so i kind of consider this an incomplete vector.

As for a note: I have used photoshop elements and there are other techniques that could be used instead of using a pen tool that could give off the same effect. It also kinda depends on which photoshop elements your using, some do have the pen tool already.

Looks good in the thumbnail, but when resized..i see tuns of mistakes and needed improvements.

Very very very obvious grainy areas, terrible extraction. Ipod and the headphones dont look well at all, the bottom of her shirt as well, Needs some serious work to be done.

Looks absalutely adorable. Background, clouds, and moon in the background look lovely and match beautifully. Although, the tree does seem out of place and could use some work on it to make it look elegant. and the text and grass could use some work as well.

Its pretty good for your first vector. Some lines are pretty jagged, her eyes kind of look odd since the white part of the eye isnt quite visible, perhaps just re-doing that part would be best

Its a pretty abstract look. Some jagged edges. It would look even better if you slightly blurred those jagged edges just a little bit to make them smoother. Looks fine other then that.

Nice vector, Lil. Although, the color does look rather strange, and there are multiple jagged and fuzzy lines around the scan. And the hair does look pretty odd without the outline. Nice job^.^

The lines are like that because the original scan was kind of sketched out and not drawn with straight lines. I was following the original line.
